9. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Refunds may not be available for successfully delivered orders sent to the provided address.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

12. Delivery Refusal

If a customer refuses delivery for reasons not caused by RenovateMate:

  • Return shipping fees and carrier charges may be deducted from any refund.
